What are your best sellers?

What is the expiration date of your snus?

We guarantee that all of our snus products are fresh and have good expiration dates. They are all placed inside the refrigerator.

In any case that a snus product is less than 3 weeks far from its expiration date, we will put it under “As-Is” section, and you may buy it for a much cheaper price.


What if the snus that I want is not on the list?

We can get Swedish snus upon request. We require a minimum of 1 roll (10 cans) and advance payment. Please send us an email at snus@swebest.com so we can assist you.


Do you require a minimum order?

No, we don’t. You can order one can of snus if you just want to try it out.

 

ORDER

How do I order online?

1. Add product(s) to your order by selecting a product and quantity, then click on “ADD TO CART”.

2. Products added to your cart can be found in your Shopping Cart on the upper right side of the screen. Once you’re done shopping, click “CHECK OUT”.

3. Log in to your account or create an account (if you don’t have one) and fill out the required information. Please double check your address and shipping method to avoid any delays in your order. We usually send via Grab/Lalamove if the customer is from Metro Manila. In this case, kindly include the correct pin under “SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO SELLER” before checking out. Once done, press “COMPLETE ORDER”.

4. Choose the payment method and send your proof of payment (CLEAR copy of the Deposit / Transaction Slip or a screenshot of the electronic transfer) to snus@swebest.com with your Name or Order Number with "PAYMENT" as the subject; or just simply reply to the confirmation email that you received. Kindly settle the payment within 24 hours to avoid cancellation of orders.

5. We will process your order within 1 business day and you will receive an e-mail confirmation once your package has been sent.


DELIVERY

How soon can you deliver?

For Metro Manila customers, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM.

For Provincial, due to GCQ, orders will be shipped the next day. We will book for LBC pick up service the day we receive your order, and they will pick up the package on the next day, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Please note that LBC normally updates the tracking information the day after the package has been delivered. You may track your package here.


How long does it take for my order to arrive?

For orders within Metro Manila, your order will arrive on the same day if you pay before 1:00 PM. Otherwise, orders will arrive in 1-2 days.

Due to the current situation, orders outside Metro Manila, which will be delivered via LBC, may have a longer lead time. Kindly refer to LBC’s website for more information. Rest assured that your package will still be delivered.



Do you offer COD?

YES. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) NATIONWIDE, maximum of PHP 5,000 only, shipping included. COD orders above PHP 5,000 will be declined. If you want to order above PHP 5,000, please choose another payment method.

For Metro Manila customers, we offer same-day delivery if orders are placed by 1:00 PM. For Provincial orders, package will be picked up by LBC the next day.

 

Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?

Yes, we deliver nationwide as long as your area is serviceable by LBC. To know the open branches near you or where you can claim your package, kindly visit their website at www.lbcexpress.com.

RETURNS

I ordered the wrong snus, can I return it?

Snus is regulated as a food product in Sweden. Like food products, we cannot accept any returns of snus; can(s) opened or unopened.
